By downloading or using Keep It ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to the Keep It iOS app and its associated website at this domain. The app is operated by Dzmitry Paplauski as an independent developer.

Use of the App

Keep It is a personal productivity app intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to capture tasks, reminders, notes, and ideas for your own benefit.

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Terms of Service. By using the app, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms.

Your Content

All tasks, notes, reminders, and other content you create in the app ("Your Content") belong to you. Your Content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or shared with others by the app.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the app. We have no access to Your Content and accept no responsibility for it.

Keep It is a personal productivity tool and nothing in the app or on this website constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. The app is not a substitute for professional services of any kind.

Disclaimer of Warranties
